Terrible fairways and greens, service marginal, all inclusive but very limited options, no bottled water in Mexico?!? I don’t get that one. Nothing like when we came 3 years ago, place has really gone down hill. Play the pga course in Akumal a little South, less expensive and amazing.

The golf was great. We were allowed to stay a little later but still unable to finish 18 holes. The main discrepancy is that the pricing for twilight rate was listed as $180 but we were charged $220. We loved catching up with Fernando whom we met a few years ago on a golf outing.

My teatime was changed from 1p, that I booked to 1:30 PM without notification on my approval. It could’ve screwed up a couple of things in terms of my reservations for the ferry and dinner, but thank God it didn’t. at the end of play, the gentleman accused us of losing a club. Meanwhile, it was there the whole time one of the team members there had just covered it with the club cover he was very accusatory. And that delay made us miss our first cab.

Tough off the tee. Narrow playing areas with dense jungle not far off fairways. Greens were barren. Subpar conditions overall. Layout was enjoyable.

Greens were awful. Layout was mediocre. Staff wouldn’t accommodate a tee time change even though there was plenty of open slots.
