The course condition was dreadful, due to the time of year the greens had been renovated, and the surrounds were very sparse, but also the area had experienced lots of rain over the weeks leading up to our game. I understand that the weather is not something that the course can control, however, charging full price and refusing our request for a refund the day before is unreasonable when the course is so wet that the carts had to stay on the cart paths, the bunkers were waterlogged and the golf balls were plugging in the fairways. I am happy to pay the money we paid for a course in very good condition, but I would only pay 25% of that price for a course in the condition that Laguna was in, even if the weather was good. If golfscape is happy to take the money, you should also be monitoring the course condition and negotiating cheaper prices during course renovations and/or during the times of the year that the course condition is poor In Europe, the US and Australia, high end courses charging the fees Laguna charged regularly reduce their price during these times.

Fairly unimpressive course with greens in poor conditions at a more than premium price. Caddies were very average, gave poor lines on the green and hardly spoke any English. Overall not worth the money. Ba Na Hills was much better.

Really good course and layout between the mountains and the see. Makes good use of water/rice paddies and bunkers. Caddie was great.

It took a very long time to get there but it was worth it. The curse was good fun and the weather was fine. The marshal also suggested that we start at the 16 th to avoid some of the four balls. This worked out extremely well and meant that we played round for about 14 holes without having to wait at all. We thanked them for making the round so enjoyable and felt that the long journey from Danang was well worth it. We will probably go back again next year
