This is the 3 rd time I have played this course and the greens were terrible and I believe golf scale was notified but failed to advise me - would not have paid 100 to go out there - staff and facilities as always first class with great service . I have a good mind to ask for a refund

Course was in horrible condition. All the greens were dead or burnt. Terrible. We wouldn’t have driven there if we knew how bad it was.

The greens were disgusting and course should not charge full fee to play on that sort of a golf course in that condition. Very disappointing. Traveller around the world playing courses and not once have I experienced a couse in dire need of repair and to close until in a state to charge again.

Organisation and service. Facility was great. Hire club selection could cater for different brands so as to match personal clubs. Overall thank you myself and my son really enjoyed the day

The course condition was dreadful, due to the time of year the greens had been renovated, and the surrounds were very sparse, but also the area had experienced lots of rain over the weeks leading up to our game. I understand that the weather is not something that the course can control, however, charging full price and refusing our request for a refund the day before is unreasonable when the course is so wet that the carts had to stay on the cart paths, the bunkers were waterlogged and the golf balls were plugging in the fairways. I am happy to pay the money we paid for a course in very good condition, but I would only pay 25% of that price for a course in the condition that Laguna was in, even if the weather was good. If golfscape is happy to take the money, you should also be monitoring the course condition and negotiating cheaper prices during course renovations and/or during the times of the year that the course condition is poor In Europe, the US and Australia, high end courses charging the fees Laguna charged regularly reduce their price during these times.

Fairly unimpressive course with greens in poor conditions at a more than premium price. Caddies were very average, gave poor lines on the green and hardly spoke any English. Overall not worth the money. Ba Na Hills was much better.
