Booking Policy

A deposit equal to 25% of the total package price is charged at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to check-in.

You may cancel your booking free of charge until 14 days before the check-in date and receive a full refund for non-deposit payments. The deposit is not refundable, but is fully transferable towards any future package booked through Hoiana Resort & Golf. If you cancel your booking less than 14 days before the check-in date, or in case of a no-show, you will not be refunded.
