Booked for my partners birthday - unaware it was a group booking as not made clear upon booking. Group t’d off on the first hole without my partner so he missed the first hole (we were early) and I had to wait in the bar as was unable to caddy. Still awaiting a response regarding this…

I gave a low rating because the greens were not in acceptable conditions for a course and a club of that caliber. I understand that ours was a night round, so that during the day there were numerous passages, but it is unacceptable to spend 190 euros per person to play on greens made unplayable by pitchmarks and spikes (even old ones and not attributable only to players of the same day) without the slightest care by the players themselves (rude and ignorant) and, evidently, by poor control by the marshals. Not to mention the bunkers: it seems in fact that people who play golf, especially on tourist courses like those in Dubai, do not know that they need to be raked. And that they need to be raked, not only the positions in which the ball is played, but also, and above all, the footprints that are left to reach the point where the ball is played, or that are left to exit the bunker itself.

Hi!! Everything was very very nice! The only thing was that I found the Pro Shop a bit lackluster, I was expecting to find something peculiar and outstanding just as much as your fields and establishments are!
