Doha Golf Club boasts an 18 hole Championship Course, a 9 hole Academy Course, an enourmous driving range and putting green, 8 artificial lakes, graceful landscaping and a beautiful clubhouse designed in old traditional Arabic style, which has been located at one of the highest points on the course giving it a magnificent prominence.

The Championship Course is a tough course from the back tees and offers many strategic and heroic holes where the scratch golfer can test his skills. The course has been designed with two starting and finishing holes which maximises playing flexibility and the number of daily rounds. The unusual 150 hectare site has been enhanced by emphasizing the natural attributes and features. We have created lakes which will double as obstacles and aesthetic features. We have planted about 5000 shrubs, 6000 trees, 10 000 cacti imported from Arizona which will emphasize the nature of the rugged surroundings.

Quiet round, with only a few others out on the course. Challenging course requiring accuracy from each tee. Preparing for the Qatar Masters at the beginning of March so buggies restricted to temporary cart paths and the bunkers were waiting for some fresh sand.

Course condition was good. Service was average, range experience was poor, buggy condition was poor with broken water box, no complimentary water, tees, scorecard not on buggy pre round, had to collect from starter. Course furniture needs some attention with sand and stain plus general cleaning from where water stations are. I’d have expected more in terms of water stations which are not just in a tub plus more in terms of set up.

Course is well designed and interesting to play. Greens are slow and not very difficult. Some parts seemed to be under construction.

The Golf Course is Great but the rest is not in Line with the Price of the Green fee: golf carts are old, the holes are Not indicated, the Bar/Restaurant is poor, the Clubs we rented were old and Not good.

Pristine and excellent golf course 👌...well structured range with state of the earth facilities. Well maintained fairways and good conditioned greens.....exciting experience laced with very supportive and friendly staff, however, i will suggested that a full catering service be provided in the main club house to provide food for members and quests all through the week.
