Established in October 2016, Bukit Pandawa Golf & Country Club is the latest addition to the growing collection of world-class golf courses in Bali. Designed by Bob Moore of JMP Golf Design Group, the 18 hole championship-caliber par-3 course is the first golf course of its kind in all of Southeast Asia. The par-54 unique layout also cuts the time of a round to an average of just 120 minutes!
The remarkable 13th hole features curved stone walls, rustic architectural ruins, and the stunning backdrop of the Bukit Peninsula. The waterfalls and bunkers bring the serenity of Balinese culture into the course design.
Designed by Antony Liu, the course’s iconic clubhouse has been described as a harmonious example of style and space. Built to look like a grand Bali temple, The Kul Kul Restaurant in Bukit Pandawa Golf’s clubhouse offers an incredible menu combined of Asian and Western flavors and features Bukit Pandawa’s Afternoon Tea. In 2017, only a year after the Bukit Pandawa Golf Club opening, the layout won ‘World’s Best Par-3 Course 2017’ at the annual celebration of excellence in golf tourism. “The inclusion of such a category says volumes about the future of golf,” said JMP Golf Design Group’s Bob Moore.
