No food. T time was 2:40. And by the time we got to each food station it was closed. Especially for the price of 300 each. Not able to have dinner there . Great grounds tough course.

I am writing to inform you of the challenges my twosome experienced yesterday at Solmar. We were at 11:40am/Flom. The course is beautiful and the views are stunning, but the back 9 Marshall was inexperienced and didn’t address the issue. For the majority of the back 9 there were 3 groups on every hole, causing us to wait on almost every shot. I addressed the challenge with the Marshall on hole 13, but it wasn’t handled. The group ahead of mine and behind both left the course without finishing the round due to the SLOW pace. To top it off the offending group spent over 30 minutes on hole 18, while the Marshall watched. As someone who plays golf 60 times a year and in several States and countries, if you are going to charge $345 a round, it can’t just be for the course and the views — you have to manage the expectations and ensure the experience is top of the line too. My hope is that you take this feedback seriously and work to improve the experience — I played Solmar b/c of recommendations from friends that had played it last year, and when others ask I’ll be sure to tell this the course is amazing, it’s expensive, but the pace of play was horrific.

Wind was brutal! Between two holes I was literally sand blasted in route! Over priced but so is all golf in Cabo these days. You can Uber there to save a dime but must cab it back. Course in good shape but don’t book a tee time without knowing wind conditions.

We played three of the top 10 Cabo-area course this trip (Puerto Los Cabos and Cabo Real plus Solimar). Solimar was a clear winner. I can’t really find a complaint to make

Almost 10, but should be allowed to have more than 1 drink on first hole as next rest stop isn’t for a while.
