Minus - Outdated Rental gear, inconsistent sand bunker conditions. Positives - Fairways and greens very fair, rough depth challanging and good tee box conditions. We experienced a strong rain shower and it took quite some time for the fairways to drain to a playable condition. Caddy's knowledgable.
