The setting, ambiance, and layout of the course have always made it popular among visiting golfers to the coast. However as new courses were being built in the area, competition for business became intense. During the financial crisis starting in 2007, some golf courses closed and others struggled to survive.

El Paraiso made difficult business decisions, including drastic reductions in staff, and this enabled the Club to emerge from the crisis in a strong position. Over the past five years, major investment has been made in improving the quality of the playing experience and also of the old andalussian finca style clubhouse.

Everything is excellent: the course, the staff, the restaurant and the drinks! The only thing you really have to improve is the behaviour of the Players: it seems that nearly nobody is repairing pitchmarks or raking the Bunkers and that is a shame for the shape of the course!!!

Issue on booking , either golf club or your issue but caused me to chase around. Also i hired clubs from the course and they were very poor , paticularly the driver . My wife's clubs were better . Course nice and round at 4 hours 5 mins was fine even though course was quite busy . Would play again.

Very nice golf course We had to wait for membwrs to do a cross over but nothing to complain about Staff was very helpful and courteous We playedvwit two members they were very nice and explained all the holes for us Would return to this location Only little glitch is thé rental clubs weren’t up to par
