The guy at the rental club hut was extremely rude and univiting. He put us in a bad mood before we even got started. Then he accused me of losing a club when all along he was looking for the wrong sized club. Other than him it was nice

Great course and great location. Rent your clubs from Gavin at Cancun Golf Club Rentals. He delivers right to your hotel and charges much less than any of the courses in the area.

The course itself was in great shape and is a 10 but they lost me reservation when I got there and charged me $50 for my wife to just ride in the cart on top of their outrageous greens fee. Then they sent off 9 4somes at the same time on the front 9 holes to back up the whole course. So they sent off 11 groups off at 1230pm after not letting anyone tee off for since 1130am. To make things worse. They sent a 6 some off of the 1st tee box and we caught them on 2nd tee. We were told to slow our play down because we were playing too fast (2hr 15min front 9) so other than the fact that they do not know the basic understanding how to run a golf course. The course was in perfect condition but that is the only reason I rated it at a 6

We started to play on Monday at noon on twi-light rate. After 5 holes we had to stop because of torrential rains. Initially the manager did not want to give us a rain check. Eventually they agreed. (only because we had not eaten anything in the restaurant. Today we have a tee time for 2:10 and were told all the practice facilities are closed due to the weather and it is cart path only. I am sure the fairways are going to be small ponds. And we leave Cancun tomorrow so we will play and probably get soaked again. It would be much better if they just refunded the $ and we would play on our return to Cancun or let us use the rain check at another time. Arnie Hiller

Lack of snacks at the clubhouse and a very little willingness to help. Was forced to skip a hole when were keeping up to pace of play… it was just busy. Only saw refreshment cart twice during whole round
